Well water testing is available at NO COST to residents of the towns of Montour and Hector that were impacted by the recent flooding. Well water testing checks for a variety of contaminants like bacteria and metals that could make you or your family sick. Make sure your well water is safe to use and drink.
Pick up your NO COST water sampling kit from the Watershed Protection Agency or have Watershed come out and collect the water sample for you at no cost. Only one test per well can be covered. Call the Watershed Protection Agency for more information at 607-535-6868.
